Psychological Counselling and Psychotherapy

Psychological counselling and psychotherapy are intended for anyone experiencing distress, transitional life challenges, or wishing to deepen their connection with themselves.

Within a safe and confidential relationship, we explore together pathways toward desired change, good mental health, and a higher quality of life.

Mateja Štirn is a psychologist and director with extensive experience in psychological counselling, psychotherapy, supervision, and the development of educational and preventive programs. She leads national and international projects focused on mental health promotion, resilience building, and stress management. Her work includes psychological support in crisis situations, trauma-informed care, and preventive programs addressing violence, mental health. She has long-standing experience in providing psychological help after critical incidents in both organizational and community settings. She is especially focused on strengthening psychological resilience as a key protective factor for mental health and well-being.

Jerneja Šibilja works in the development and implementation of educational and preventive programs at national and international level, with a focus on primary prevention and inclusion of vulnerable groups. She is part of teams delivering child protection workshops (NEON Program) and develops training for soft skills, communication, and conflict management for both youth and adults. She is a certified SDI practitioner and contributes to programs on relationship building and effective teamwork. In recent years, she has also been actively involved in organizing conferences, training events, and professional gatherings. She is committed to experiential, solution-focused methods that support personal and professional growth.

Maja Minič

Maja Minič

Maja Minič works in the field of digital safety, information literacy, and prevention of online violence. She develops and delivers educational programs that promote safe, responsible, and critical use of digital technologies, including artificial intelligence.

Her work focuses on raising awareness among children, youth, and adults about online risks and opportunities, with a strong emphasis on privacy protection and critical thinking in digital environments. She is involved in projects addressing the challenges of the digital society and contributes to building safer, more inclusive, and responsible digital spaces through education and awareness.

Urška Žugelj is a psychologist, lecturer, coach, and body-oriented psychotherapist under supervision, as well as a parent consultant. Her work bridges developmental psychology and practical applications of scientific knowledge in everyday life. She provides psychotherapy, parent counselling, and psychoeducational programs for children, adolescents, and adults.

She designs and delivers workshops and lectures on psychological development, parenting, and personal growth. In recent years, she has collaborated closely with the Neufeld Institute Canada as a lecturer.
